With a passion for knowledge and a heart for transformation, I am committed to sharing my expertise in professional development, leadership, instructional design, coaching and organizational development. Throughout my career, I have embraced leadership and communication roles across diverse sectors—corrections, judicial services, mental health, secondary and higher education, and executive education. Evolving and continuously learning is at the core.

As a consultant at the Harvard School of Public Health and Harvard University Office of Sustainability, I developed stakeholder communication systems to enhance both internal and external relationships, demonstrating strategic foresight and creative problem-solving. My approach fostered collaborative environments where innovation and adaptability thrived.

Evidence of Impact and Continuous Learning
My passion for learning and transformation is reflected in my ongoing research and global engagement. I co-edited Women Community Leaders and Their Impact as Global Changemakers (2022, IGI Global) with my former students, now alumni, showcasing my commitment to mentorship and the power of collective knowledge. I was honored to be an invited speaker at the 11th World Women’s University Presidents Forum in Zhengzhou, China, where I presented on “Leaders Exploring Cultural Transformation.”

Leadership and Coaching Mindset
In my role as HR Director for a community mental health center in Florida, I led the development of comprehensive internal and external communication strategies. These initiatives improved employee relations, streamlined Board of Director recruitment and orientation, and deepened community engagement. Notably, I was a key leader in the Marion County Diversion of Non-violent Mentally Ill Offenders to Treatment program—a model I helped to craft, advocate for, and present to the State of Florida congressional committee. This program was ultimately adopted and funded statewide, demonstrating my ability to drive large-scale, systemic change through collaborative leadership. ​
Currently, I am collaboratively coaching several nonprofits through change management processes, applying our evidence-based Cultural Transformation Framework. This work highlights my coaching mindset and dedication to supporting organizations as they navigate complex transitions.

As for my formal education, I have a Doctorate in Education from George Washington University through the Executive Leadership Program with a concentration in adult learning. My Master of Liberal Arts is from Harvard University with a concentration in information management systems. In addition, I have a MA in Personnel Management through the University of Phoenix from Arizona. My undergraduate degree was from University of Florida with a BS in Business Management with a major in management and minor in marketing.
