Published Book

Patricia Goodman Hayward (Northeastern University, USA) and her previous students - alumni - Sahar Rehman (Northeastern University, USA) and Zirui Yan (Tsinghua University, China) - we're thrilled to share their co-edited book, Women Community Leaders and Their Impact as Global Changemakers (2022, IGI Global). We recruited 60 contributing authors providing cases about transformative leaders. We analyzed the cases and provided key research findings developing the Cultural Transformation Framework. Most importantly, we seek to strengthen our community by encouraging ways to spread the word about leadership and positive forms of cultural transformation. Patty was an invited speaker at the 2024 World Women University President Forums in China and presenting the book to one of the leaders in our book.
